Three years in we have learned a lot and grown along the way. 2026 looks to be a growth and development into new areas for Iron Street Distillery and we thank our customers for jumping off the street and onto the rails with us. Iron Street Distillery is Central Minnesota’s first distillery located in St. Cloud, MN. The people of Iron Street are passionate about doing things the right way, and our Whiskey, Rum, Bourbon, Rye, Gin, and Vodka are no exception.

Our Story
Iron Street Distillery was created from the simple desire for better spirits, carefully crafted cocktails, and for time to slow down just a little bit so we can savor each and every moment. And speaking of time, our historic building on the east side of downtown St. Cloud, Minnesota—surrounded on three sides by railway—has seen a lot in its day. With its historic flair kept intact, we’re making what’s old new once more, both at our tasting room and within the flavor of our spirits.
